ADVISORY NOTES:
- Glass bottles are to be taken with you!

- DGA has a Full Gigabit network setup with Cat 6 data cabling for each attendee

FILESHARING:
All users are welcome to share files amongst other attendees, however this is done under each persons discretion.
MONITORS & COMPUTERS:
It’s not unusual for people to have large machines these days.
DGA sets up all the tables which are 2400mm’s across, which permits 800mm’s of useable area for each person. Additionally they are 800mm’s deep.
How you set yourself up this space is your choice. If you have equipment that will overhang this area, please make arrangements we an administrator to set you up on the end of a table so as to not interfere with other attendees. However there is no guarantee you will have room if you do not fit in this space.
SPEAKERS:
Speakers are not permitted.
Please bring headphone.
YOUR COMPUTER:
As our events are BYOC – Bring Your Own Computer, we know systems are constantly being upgraded.
It’s worth noting that not all machines are designed or built equally.
For most games played at the Event, a mid range PC or Laptop with a graphics card that support DX10 should be used, however isn’t necessary.
