For those of you concerned with the weather, I’ll be there on hand with a rather large umbrella to shield people coming into the venue, however here are a few tips to ensure your equipment doesn’t get damaged.

• Cover your equipment in some form of plastic, usually a garbage bag will do the trick.
• When you pack the vehicle, try to ensure easy removal when arriving at the venue.
• The front area is purely for unloading and loading, once you’ve finished unloading/loading, move the car into the car park to allow for other people to use the area.
• When the rain hits, we’ll open up the main doors which will allow a car to back right up to the covered area.
• Surge protectors are always a good idea, so if you have one, do bring it.
